Focusing entirely on strengthening and toning your core, this class is all about the abs! *strengthening your core can help with a bad back, but please discuss this with your coach first before partaking in any classes.

This HIIT style sequence class gives you a fantastic all over workout that pushes you to work harder every time!
You start with two sets of exercises, you complete those and then you start again but then add a third exercise. Then you start again and add a fourth exercise and so on and so on.

Brazilian Jiujitsu is a martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds.
Think tough guys and girls and what do you think of? Yup, you’ve got it, great fitness and strength and banging bodies to boot! Well that’s what you’ll get from this class that combines combat and functional fitness training designed to bring out your inner toughie!
