It pretty much says in it the title! Boxx HIIT is a Boxing based HIIT style workout, taking techniques from boxing fitness and working them at high intensity in short sharp bursts.

Banging beats and a busting workout, this Fight Klub/Body Combat style class is sure to get your heart pumping, your muscles working and your strength increasing!

This class is not as rude or suggestive as it sounds! This is a ladies only class, working on general fitness and toning based around the concepts of boxing fitness.

Nope, this class isn’t for supermodels or beauty therapists! It’s a ladies only Boxing fitness class, so you can train in the comfort of familiarity with your girls without any sweaty men in your way, because let’s face it, ladies don’t sweat, they glow!

Take your typical circuits class (a mixture of weights, body resistance and cardio) and add in a booming Drum & Bass soundtrack and you’ve got D&BC!

Are your Lockdown Love Handles getting you down? Do you want to melt away your muffin top? Or do you find you are having back problems* after binge watching too much Tiger King? Then this core class is the best way to solve all those issues and more! Focusing entirely on strengthening and toning your core, this class is all about the abs! *strengthening your core can help with a bad back, but please discuss this with your coach first before partaking in any classes.

This HIIT style sequence class gives you a fantastic all over workout that pushes you to work harder every time! 


You start with two sets of exercises, you complete those and then you start again but then add a third exercise. Then you start again and add a fourth exercise and so on and so on.

Have you ever fancied pretending to be a superhero whilst you’re working out? This bodyweight and suspended resistance training works against gravity to make you feel superhuman as you do it. Also, the physical outcome of this class may result in you actually wanting to wear an all in one lycra suit, just to show off!

This is an additional programme that runs for 8 weeks, offering extra classes both in the gym and online. With nutritional advice, support and mentoring, do it right and you WILL see and transformation! * You can only join each programme at the beginning of each 8 week cycle, please get in touch to find out when the next sign ups are.

Whether you have trained in Martial Arts before or not, this class in open to anyone of any level or ability. Not only is it a fantastic workout, it also embodies discipline, self-defence and confidence, with the option of working through your gradings.

Teach them discipline and give them confidence and they will go on to do great things. Working together as a family, this Kickboxing class is a fantastic way to incorporate discipline, confidence and self defence in to family fitness.

Brazilian Jiujitsu is a martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds.

Think tough guys and girls and what do you think of? Yup, you’ve got it, great fitness and strength and banging bodies to boot! Well that’s what you’ll get from this class that combines combat and functional fitness training designed to bring out your inner toughie!
